Taking a (poor) shot at guessing the Griz 2-deep going into fall camp

Spring ball is a few weeks behind us and we've still got some transfers yet to arrive or be named - however I thought I'd take stab at how the Griz roster might be shaking out. This is going off what was seen in spring camp + some presumed returns from injury/surgery/etc. Being the defense is going to rotate between a 3 to 4 man front I'm going to take a guess on 5 DB group knowing that when a 4 man front is out either one of the LB or DB groups is going to be subbed out.

WR: Dever / Ransom-Goelz OR Bridges
T: Buehler / Jeske
T: Vandiver / Bowen

C: Jemtegaard / Kanakaole
TE: Birdno / Rohrer OR Sirmon

DE: King OR Schwartz / Buffington
DE: Mason OR Tovey / Pifferini OR Muilenberg
DT: Bailey / Wallace
DT: Seumalo / Keim
LB: Oven / Ecklund OR Merriman
LB: Wing / Mose
LB: Tuliapupu / Goodman
CB: Stroud / Gentry OR Brady Beaner
CB: Johnson / Brady OR Salopak
S: Orlandi / Davis
S: Boyd / Fall OR Parker
Nickel: Cutler / Huff

That's 56 players - I believe our travel roster can be up to 70, add in LS/K/P and then some ST depth with probably a few more LB/WR/S/RB guys and we're about there.

Nice job Brint. I think Fall and Ecklund will both be starters just based on what I’ve seen. Were they playing Jemtegaard at C? I don’t ever recall seeing that. I still think D’Ambra starts at C. I would feel good about both Stroud and Johnson at CB, but if Gentry is back at full health then I think he starts over Johnson. Also watch out for True Freshman Jayden Nicholas. I could see him playing right away, and with the new 5 year rule, he could play all this season!

Got Arizona transfer Devin Dunn coming in too
 
Agreed that Eklund will likely start at LB, but that is just based on his dominating play in the scrimmage. Is D'Ambra transferring in still? Former safety, Davis was playing corner in the scrimmage.
