So if I'm reading this correctly then unless Haslam was told back in February that he would not be renewed, then he automatically gets 5 more months on the job. Bodnar left in January so unless Bodnar gave him an extension before he went out the door, then I would say there's no way Haslam was properly notified of renewal/nonrenewal. That means he should be on the job until November 30, and I believe Shinn could decide whether or not to make a change at AD as soon as he starts and then through that period of time.
I'm not advocating one way or another, I'm just trying to make sense of that clause in his contract.
