Zaiden Wallace commits!

Zaiden is one of the big men they wanted to bring in. Highly touted out of HS, transferring in from Nevada. Still has I believe 4,years to play. 295-300 lbs. now.

He announced on instagram. I think this is a good get.

I think Zaiden is just what the doctor ordered -a Griz DT the size of a small four-legged, actual adult grizzly bear 🐻 that for an hor 'd ouerve, eats little, anemic pooddie cats 🐈 😻 ; )

Go GRIZ--can't wait for September. !!!

He didn’t play much, but he’s only a redshirt freshman so that makes sense to me. I always think back to Hayden Harris when people would bring up that he didn’t play at UCLA and then he was an absolute star and first team all big sky conference player for the grizzlies. I also remember choate bringing over a number of Washington guys who never ever sniffed the field and were absolute stars for the cats.

Definitely a much needed pick up at a big-time area of need. Sounds like Hayden Hanks is done so we need another one or two of these guys.

Almost every FBS dropdown ever anywhere, barely played, if at all, at their previous school before lowering themselves to the FCS. Thats kinda how these dropdown things work. Theyre looking for playing time. Save maybe a handful of QB's, most these kids haven't taken a college snap before arriving at their FCS school where they generally turn in to solid starters, and some even become all conference players.

Why, then, would BK tell Hayden Hanks he "didn't fit" here?
