The wife complaints were and are stupid. Requesting records to share with consultant? Someone needs to request records for the consultant. His wife is very smart and competent. A Rhodes Scholar. I represented her company.

The visit schedule affords multiple opportunities for various campus community groups to interact with the candidate and features an open forum followed by a reception. We hope you’ll take part in these events as your time allows and share your impressions and feedback. Your participation is vital in helping us determine our next steps and shape our final recommendation to the Board of Regents.

They've made their preliminary choice and, if everything goes well and they receive positive responses/feedback, they will move forward with the candidate. Depending on the feedback received, they MAY reconsider their choice. It's very important the UM community, Griz sports enthusiasts, and the Missoula community provide feedback.

From what I’ve heard it’s basically a forgone conclusion as long as they don’t completely botch the visit next week. Like GrizMN said, it’s very important that people weigh in and attend the forum next week!

David Sirmon is a candidate, but it does not sound like he’s the finalist. I’m not 100% sure, but it might actually be the Boise State interim president Jeremiah Shinn from what I’ve heard. If I get more info I’ll pass it along!

I know, its just banter. That's what makes the rivalry fun.

I like BK's graphics, too. And more importantly, it seems like the kids like them! Hope he keeps it up and locks up all the top in-state guys. At the very least, he has made an incredible effort to connect and will make Vigen and staff work hard to recruit MT athletes. Something that they haven't had to do the past few years for many of the kids.
