Who is next??

“Hearing that a couple of the defensive assistants might also be on their way out to Illinois, we'll touch on that maybe a little bit more tomorrow if I can get some of the reporting done tonight.”

Duane Akina is available. He worked with BK under David Shaw at Stanford and under Mack Brown at Texas. He has experience as a DC playing the 4-2-5 against the spread at the P4 level. He’s coached 3 Thorpe award winners if we want to replace Tim Hauck’s secondary expertise.

Doesn't he just have to confirm it with Schmidt? Ha. Let's start looking for a new DC for BK to hire. He probably doesn't know anybody in that area. Let's be proactive. The team has been stuck in mediocrity at no. 3 in the nation too long. And we should move up too, because if UM doesn't move up, it's stuck in D2.

You may have confused your Linehan's.
I meant it right. Scott is an Offensive analyst and Bobby is a DC. But I can see where the confusion could occur. It just seems odd that Bielema would have his new DC go after an Offensive mind. I could be wrong since Linehan would be a great add to almost any program.

Scott didn’t work for us last year. His son has been the DL coach so are you confused within this context.

Scott is currently with the New Orleans Saints. Has not been with the GRIZ since 2024. Mike is D-Line coach for the Griz. I cannot tell if you were serious with your statement or being sarcastic.
