Are the Cats the luckiest team ever to win the FCS national championship?

The Griz have never won a game like this. Stop making up stuff.
Bs..they haven't. Here's the proof..they got even luckier against a mid e.w.u. team at Missoula..😂😂

EWU 1st downs-27... Montana 13
EWU 3rd down efc. 11-21 ...Montana 1-10
EWU total yards 479... Montana 351 yards
EWU T.O.P 37:48... 22:12
EWU passing yards 451.. Montana 250 yards

EWU redshirt freshman qb. Fumbled the ball at the Montana 5 yard line with 8 seconds to go that ended the game..quit being disrespectful!!!..

MSU beat a very good Illinois State for the title on a neutral field, grizzlies got lucky to beat an below average EWU team at home..

Deal with it hula

Give the list of won games that has the same long list as the Cats. Not just 1 or 2 factors. Has never occurred for Griz. Heck show us the list for 2 missed short kicks.

What I said is factual. F U.

2 bad holds/snaps and 2 missed kicks late in game by ISU.

First downs 20 by Cats and 33 by ISU. 3-9 3d down efficiency for Cats.

Total Offense 471, ISU, to 381.

60 yards of offense by Cats in 2d half, I think, (excluding OT). Minus 23 yards by Cats in 2d half (excluding OT).

101 yards rushing by Cats. 46, 20 and 33 by the 2 backs on QB. 4.2 average. 10 carries by RB's. 160 yards rushing by ISU.

40, ISU, to 20 minutes TOP.

14 penalties by Cats. I thought the Cat center might end up being the ISU MVP.

ISU not going for it late on 4th and less than 1, from the MSU 21, I think.

No TO by ISU.

ISU QB 33-46.

3 sacks by ISU; 0 by Cats.
I would love to be that type of lucky someday.

😂😂..look it up yourself.. I proved that in this season alone the Grizzlies had a similar game as the cats did in the national championship game..

The difference is, the bobcats beat a pretty good team, the Grizzlies beat a below average team at home.👍

You spew BS and can’t back it up.

I know more about cats than you do. Jealous?
I don’t do jealous, it’s a waste of personal integrity to fret about what someone else thinks. Why would I lose sleep over a feeble minded old man bragging about his knowledge about a college football team? That's all-Egriz stupid right there.

"If the Redbirds had better offense, better defense, better special teams, and better coaching, they would've won this game!"

We got very lucky when EWU won the championship.. The chains were moved on a very close, possibly didn't get it on a 4th down attempt late in the game. Probably would've lost if we didn't get it.

So when the challenge flag was thrown by Delaware, they had to move the chains back to the original spot to measure, except they were placed a smidge in EWU's favor.

Upon review and measuring, EWU got the first down and went on to win.

Another lucky break was that goal line fumble by NDSU a couple games prior but that I think was a legit fumble.

What can I say? Luck is also part of winning a championship.

What is Best doing to get you guys back to that level? How is he handling the portal?

Working on not getting his contract renewed. Shakel's performance against Montana this year is a perfect example.

I don't think he's working the portal super hard.
Shakel was a stud for standing in there and taking the hits and delivering time after time. Seems like a guy you could build around, but don’t know how that happens without more support over there.

It can be done with the right staff and a coach with a high football IQ. I think the problem is EWU still has solid players and a lot of the pieces necessary; they just don't know how to use them.

The fact that it took two QB injuries for Schakel to make an appearance is crazy. And you can't tell me the head coach wasn't aware of his capabilities.

Do you think it is a better take that the Cats should be embarrassed to hang their banner for being so lucky (what does that say about a team that lost twice to them?) or that if you remove the big run for Adam Jones, he only averaged 5.1 yards a carry which should be celebrated? Do both belong in the hall of fame?

Don't know why you do, but you are clearly jealous.
