What a mess:

Due to incredible demand from Season Ticket Holders, we are cancelling the exclusive Bobcat pre-sale and the general public on sale. At this time, the Bobcat Ticket Office is working through the request list and we anticipate to be sold out of tickets based upon requests. If you are a Season Ticket Holder who submitted an additional ticket request you will be notified no later than Tuesday, Dec. 16th at 12 pm, on the status of your request whether it was fulfilled or unfulfilled.
If you are interested in purchasing tickets to the 2025 FCS Semifinal game vs Montana, the only verified resale platform is SeatGeek.com. Thank you for your continued support of Bobcat Football. We look forward to seeing Bobcat Stadium filled with Blue and Gold.

This is interesting. It’s backfiring a bit on normal bobcat fans. They let season ticket holders buy up to 16 tickets and a lot of those guys are now selling them on the secondary market and making a whole bunch of money. It has priced the normal or average Cat fan out from being able to even go. I’m seeing some Facebook posts in and around Bozeman where bobcat fans are livid.

I personally know that you're wrong on how this all went out.

Season ticket holders were allowed to get a maximum of 8 additional tickets, based on the priority level. This means, that once all of the season tickets that were requested were filled, they gave the extra tickets (being a maximum of 8) to those who requested them.

So, for example, I have 10 season tickets. I use them, all season, every game. If somebody from my group can't make it, I give them away to friends who can't regularly afford tickets. Anyways, I requested 8 extra's for this group. Maybe an hour or so ago, I found out that I got those 8 extra's, making 18 total. So yes, I got 18, but only 8 of those were from the additional request.

As for people selling them on the secondary market, they haven't even been made available to download yet. On my extra 8 tickets, I can't yet see where they are. Can't see what section, row, or anything. Hopefully find out tomorrow so I can figure out what groups of friends will fit where. Anyways, you're either misunderstanding what you've been told, or flat out lying. I'm guessing it's a misunderstanding, but hopefully this clears it up for you.

Not the case hooked. They let season ticket holders REQUEST 8 extras instead of the 4 extras we can REQUEST every game. Then they do what they always do, and work their way down by priority points. I'm a season ticket holder with 22 tickets, and I was only able to REQUEST 8 extra, and I won't know for a couple days how many of them I'll get.

If I get the extras they'll go to Cat fans as it should be.

This would be like Cat fans bitching in 2000 when they couldn't get a ticket to the Brawl because griz fans bought season tickets only to use the one ticket when the griz were in town. :ROFLMAO:
