Apples and oranges, as the NCAA dictates ticket allotments for playoffs.
That said, I think its about the same, i bought my tickets directly from the um ticket office the week of the game, as did a few hundred other msu fans.

I would imagine 250 or so will be in the normal parent/family section in 107. The others will likely be in section 123.
I was on the site at 8:30 a.m. and kept refreshing up to the second when it opened for sale. I was immediately greeted with a no tix available. Hard to believe anyone received tix at 9:00 a.m. Dissapointing to say the least.

I hear the cats are looking to insure a new world record length to their trail of tears......
I am not sure the NCAA dictates playoff allotments at the FCS level.

They dictate minimum yes but not total alottment. No team is going to exceed that if they can sell out though.
Tip of the SPEAR is pointed directly at our opponent this week, ill check in Saturday evening

Exactly.....Nobody is going to say "We have a bunch of our fans who want tickets, and the game will surely be a sellout, but I think we'll go ahead and reserve more for our opponent"

If we have a replay of the Trail of Tears halfway through the 3rd quarter, will they still be looking for tickets for those of us who want to take their places and finish cheering on the Griz?
Pretty sure Montana won't consider it moving forward based on opponent.

sounds like today they are having season ticket holders CALL the ticket office to get their extra tickets...so wouldn't hurt to call bobcat ticket office today and ask a bunch of questions

I was online ready at 9:00 am as posted and did not get any. They were gone before QB club got a chance.

Not accurate. I know QB club members who got tix. They, also, were online and ready at 9am.

"If you sign in blood promiding to not resell to a Griz fan and ever drove by MSU, are a current student or alum, bought a ticket to any event ever held on campus, have season tickets, or are truly a member of the MSU booster group......you have until 5pm Friday to purchase up to 55 tickets."
"Let's 3/4 pack the place with tickets bought for people who fit the above criteria but didn't have enough VIM to make the game!"
