There is an issue with fan complacency. We have been a great program for 3 decades. We're in the playoffs with home games every year. Casual fans see this as nothing special and they'll catch the next home playoff game.

Juxtapose this with Bozeman Bobcat fans. Being good to them is still new and they want to experience it before its over.
