Central Washington

Its really not that hard to grasp, on any given weekend Within a hour of Greeley you have the Colorado State Rams, Colorado Buffalos, the Denver Broncos, plus many other non-related sporting activities to pick before a unc football game...just the way it is.unc is so far down the list of options available to many is just not funny.

In Montana for college football fans the griz, or the bobcats are the biggest show in state...not really fair to the griz, or bobcats to the bears.
I know it’s not hard to grasp. I just don’t think we belong in the same conference as a UNC or a central Washington. Central Washington would fit right in with the UNC bears. I guess that’s the point I’m making.

UNC is in a weird place because they are way better than most D2 and would year to year be a D2 power but are not close to Montana in the Bug Sky and there is not a lower level football conference around here in the FCS for them to join.

What is the point of this post. UNC is not a D2 or FCS school but there isn't anywhere else for them to go?

UNC would dominate the local D2 conference (RMAC) but is not competitive in the local FCS conference (Big Sky). They don’t fit in at either level but there are not a group of lower FCS teams like the OVC near Colorado.

Like most FCS football schools, they only exist so they can maintain Division 1 status in all sports at a lower price point. This is why schools like UNC aren't D2.

Have you been to a game in Greeley? Portland state? Whatever they’ve got at central Washington it can’t be worse than Greeley or Portland state 😆

Not being a smart ass. Have you ever been to Ellensburg, Washington? Oof, there isn’t much going on there. A pretty location, yet fairly remote. Fly into Seattle, Spokane or maybe Yakima. Not a very pleasant trip from Spokane or Seattle. Especially if you get any weather. Now, they may actually get better fan support than some schools. So, they have that going for them.

I had to get gas there one time, does that count? Little time to dawdle. Had to make the Griz at EWU game in 2004. Left Tacoma in a torrential rainstorm, one of the worst I'd been in since Phoenix six months prior(go figure). Left the rain behind me on Snoqualmie Pass, then I saw it, the great Columbia River Basin and Scablands. To think that Glacial Lake Missoula tore everything west of it a new one, long, long ago was on my mind. Of course, Griz won 31-28 in that joke of a stadium. That was before the WedWug got implanted there.

I tried. Did complete roster checks, checked coaching staffs, future recruits. I cant find nothing that correlates antifa to BSC football. Can anyone help out on this?
My sources are adamant about confidentiality. They remind me of that everytime someone ends up slipping on a bar of soap in the shower and breaks a kneecap. That damned soap.

I was also at that 2004 game. EWU put up a temporary grandstand right in front of the scoreboard and price gouged because they knew Griz Nation would come in droves. We were sitting on the visitor’s sideline right behind the team and could not see the scoreboard, including the game clock. EWU was driving down the field for a potential winning touchdown. We had no idea how much time was left, but knew it was under a minute. That was stressful. EWU bogged down about the ten yard line and sent out the field goal team. Shane McIntyre blocked the attempt and we all went home happy.

I have not. I’ve never even driven through
