Personally I had to cut back as I was building muscle so fast my flexibility went a way very fast. IMO it led to some soft tissue problems I never had before until my body equalized.
Yep I can see that. I'm moderate with it, give or take 10 g daily, some days I dont take it, but very few. Have been pretty consistent with it with my workouts

OL and pass protection gave up 1 sack yesterday. I think SS had 25 sacks for season coming into the game.

Just saw this (which has made a lot of people mad on twitter lmao) and figured it's worth posting here. Not sure exactly how he comes up with these numbers, but it seems to be based on a combination of rushing and protection stats. Keep in mind that Idaho State has only given up 2 sacks all season, and it starts to make sense.

The Griz OL is doing what is necessary to win games. Most of teams we faced performed below their average production/expectations.
Our OL line compliments our DL and allows for our offense to outscore our opponents.
The coaches are doing a great job with each game plan. The players are providing good execution on both sides of the ball. Our defense is slightly below par is some areas while our offense is vastly superior with point production. Taken as a whole - we have a very good team this year.
Teams don't want to play us. They fear us. Each game is our opponents high point game. They throw us everything they got. So far we survived and won. We should continue to win deep into the playoffs.

Good analysis, and I agree. For those that said our o line is "bad", this is why that is a laughable statement. These guys are solid. And were even dominant at times last night. Saying they are bad is bad fandom. Horrible fandom.

I'm referring to the replies to that tweet by a number of anti-Griz people on Twitter (that Robert guy is under every tweet about the Griz either complaining or shit talking lol). They seem to be suggesting that there's no universe where the Montana OL could be graded above the cats' OL.
