It's a very fun game when you winWashington State would have been a fun opponent during the Mike Leach era unfortunately that program is currently a shell of its former self.

And injured and beat to shit. It's usually a depth thing.Schedule any big12 team you can and even look at the acc, the have appetites for fcs game in week 0 and 1. Huge $$$$ payouts and the only results needed is kids get reps and program exposure.
Feel free to share the list of P4 schools that have reached out with $800k offers since the huskies got embarrassed. Not one Power 4 program avoids the Griz because of the Washington game.
I stand corrected, we have Oregon State on the 2026 schedule, but at this point Oregon State is more like Boise State rather than the Oregon State of the Pac10 of old. None of the others are on the schedule through 2029.and Oregon State and Utah and UCLA and USC and Arizona and Arizona State
We have never had an $800,000 offer for these games. $600,000 to $700,000. Your point is moot.Feel free to share the list of P4 schools that have reached out with $800k offers since the huskies got embarrassed.
We have beaten the Oregon State of the PAC10 of old the last two times we played them.I stand corrected, we have Oregon State on the 2026 schedule, but at this point Oregon State is more like Boise State rather than the Oregon State of the Pac10 of old. None of the others are on the schedule through 2029.
In that scenario do they flip 5/4 every year?BSC is going to a 9 game conference schedule, which means they will still have the same number of OOC games. Some teams will have some holes to fill, but not nearly as bad as you make it seem.
I’m always looking for a reason to visit SLC.I selfishly want us to replace the Tech game to play at the University of Utah on 9/18/2027, the Utes have that date available and still need to schedule an FCS school.
YesIn that scenario do they flip 5/4 every year?
Why NOT?I’m always looking for a reason to visit SLC.
NOT.
With rosters the size they are, injured and beat to S isn’t a thing these days. Two examples - NAU is playing at ASU this year. UND played at Iowa st last year and then beat the Griz. And injured and beat to shit. It's usually a depth thing.
Never implied a past $800k payout, the Washington game in 2021 paid $675K. Given post 2021 inflation, there is no way the Griz play for that amount today. It’s likely going to take an offer in the $800k range to cover expenses and net what a home game brings in.We have never had an $800,000 offer for these games. $600,000 to $700,000. Your point is moot.
