Schedules

I was looking at schedules for the Big Sky schools and I notice that there are three instances where the cats will play an opponent immediately after the Griz play them (Idaho State, Cal Poly, and Weber State). There are no such instances of this vice versa though. I’d assume it won’t hurt the cats to get to see the Griz on their film screen that much throughout the season. Not sure how much of an advantage, if at all, it would be for a them. I found it a bit random though.

Shit rigged

This used to happen regularly when the bubs sucked shit (e.g for 45 straight years). The league wanted to give them every advantage imaginable.

The last few years not so much.

I guess the bsc brass expects the bubs to suck shit again.

You're so worried about the 'cats schedule let's look at the non conference schedule for the grizzlies..

d-2 central washington, second time in three years montana has had a d-2 opponent on their schedule.

U of north dakota, a rebuilding program under 1st year head coach Eric schmidt.

Indiana state, a perennial cellar dweller in the mvc, think of them as the idaho state of the big sky..

Sacred heart, enough said.

Montana starts the season with 6 of their first 7 games at home, their schedule sets up very likely for a 10-11 win schedule considering you think how terrible the big sky is every year with no problem and a walk into the semi's anything else would be a disappointment, right?

The Griz have a very easy schedule. Idaho, Sac state, and msu are the ones circled. I was just pointing out that msu has 3 opponents that will be fresh off of playing the Griz.

Don’t think Rainer said anything about Griz schedule. He was commenting Cat schedule. He wasn’t “worrying” about Cat schedule. CW is a credible D2 and has been good at times. MV teams are good OOC opponents. Sacred Heart is often a credible team and is a good OOC opponent.

Can you explain why UND is a “rebuilding program”?

Do you know anything about FCS football?

After our performance at North Dakota last year, I wouldn't look past them... They're not pushovers by any means.

It's a horrible schedule, and hopefully, we are picked toward the bottom of the league. God knows, Bobby struggles to live up to high expectations.

They're still gonna be in the conversation though. Week 2 against the cats will be a big measuring stick game for both teams.
Yes and no. If one team blows the other out, then that will say a lot. But if the score is pretty even, then it might be very difficult to determine where both of those teams are at until they play some other competition.

Since you like to chirp in all things regarding the bobcats, you'll have to agree that their non-conference schedule this year is alot more competitive than the griz non conference, right?
