Pretty damn similar. Both great returners, and leaders on their teams. Both Montana boys. Very cool.

Pro days certainly matter - they are worth a good amount of money for SOME players.

The combine matters for SOME as well.

SOME players need neither of them.
I guess we will see how it shakes out at the end. Would be interesting to hear the opinion of the griz players. They spend a lot of time, money and effort to participate. I did read where Kalian White has been invited to a Seattle pro day and that was before he participated in the Griz pro day. Also he is expected to high in the CFL draft. Both did not occur because of the pro day this week.

Pro Day is very important for players that don't get invited to the Combine. Scouts see the players perform and can talk to them. Other teams see the numbers posted. Pro Day kids sometimes get drafted based on their Pro Day numbers, but certainly get signed to free agent contracts and opportunities for short pre-camp visits.

Pro leagues below NFL use them. From CFL to the various leagues operating in the US.

Anyone who says Pro Days aren't important for non-Combine players is ill-informed and a total idiot.

So are you seem like a brave soul with a lot of mouth. If I can find the person on ESPN that stated pro day was not important would you be willing to go on an ESPN show and call the guy an idiot. Because if you are I may be wiling to but the effort out to set that up.

W/out really knowing PR outside of eGriz, I can all but guarantee he would have no problem calling someone an idiot on tv for saying something dumb.

ESPN personalities are paid for opinions on topics, and that is all it is, an opinion. It seems you are struggling to understand the point some are making here. ESPN talk shows are talking about players going in the first round, and most would agree that the combine and pro day for them is not necessary as they will get drafted anyway. The NFL finds value in the pro days for reasons clearly stated throughout this conversation.

Find it yourself. You posted the comment. That's why I don't believe you. Can't backup what you say.
When I challenged your assertion regarding you attending Buddy's funeral all you did was deflect and defer. You could have easily put an end to it by backing it up your claim with proof but you didn't because you couldn't.
And you're calling this guy out?

I'll be sitting right beside PR as his general counsel and bodyguard. He's 110% correct here, and as usual, you're out in fucking left field scratching and sniffing your fingers.

Let’s bet $100 on whether I was at Buddy’s memorial. Put up or shut up.

Can you explain why you think he needs general counsel and a bodyguard? Seems like an incredibly odd statement.
