Fife in the portal

And your case doesn't actually prove favoritism. You provided no actual case as to the reasoning the coaching staff made their decision. There is absolutely nothing to disprove.
Only thing that comes to mind when taking into account how they handled the QB situation this season. If it had been Fife who threw that pick in the redzone vs SDSU he would have been pulled immediately, there was a clear double standard at play hence Fife leaving. Que a other "nuh uh" post from you without providing any reasonable rebuttal or explanation for it.

I literally could say that Fife was a giant ass so the coaches decided to play Ah Yat and be just as accurate as you. Now prove me wrong.

So that would mean coaches purposely didn't put their best option on the field due to personal feelings, thanks for agreeing with me.
IDK, but prove me wrong. Maybe Fife fumbled twice the previous week and played poorly so they decided to go with Ah Yat. And maybe, just maybe, they didn't agree that Fife was the best option. You have zero idea, yet want to pretend that you do, and it is favoritism.

When opposing coaches, announcers (all ex players at multiple levels) and sports articles are even confused by it, not just me, then something stinks. Seems like you're the only one without an idea, simping for this coaching staff and being purposely ignorant and obtuse.

Did they say there was confusion because they thought Fife was the better option? The answer is no.

Vidlak got beat out by McDowell last year who was clearly better than him. Cliff last week revealed he left UM because of family health issues. Vidlak was clearly not a good fit in our system and I’m glad he found a system that he could excel in. Your problem is you’re just trying to form a narrative any chance you can get and you’re not thinking intellectually.
He trasferte to Temple then Louisiana. It was for no reason other than BH.

This maybe feels like a big deal because of how the season went for UM, but my guess is that the staff always expected Fife to transfer after one season in MSO, even if it was a huge success.

KAY was always the future for them, for better or worse.

This might be an unpopular opinion, but I don’t think that Fife really was that much of a better QB than Ah Yat. Even if Fife got more playing time, I don’t think it changes the outcome of this season. I didn’t see much consistency. The games where he did play full games, he was either on, or very off. His ball security was also lacking as well. So I guess I just find it funny how everyone is so upset about him going into the portal when he wasn’t that much of an upgrade from Ah Yat. 🤷‍♂️
Not unpopular at all. I think most people that know anything about the sport would agree with this.

Agree.

I have told you guys all season about Fife and how the majority of the team doesn't like him and how he was a cancer on the team. Granted I still talk to players and hang out with them daily but you can keep making things up and wishing he was better than he is. Fife is gone and doesn't matter now, but when it comes to team chemistry, things just got a lot better in the locker room.

Nobody ever listens to me
This is an interesting take. I’ve disagreed with you in the past but I have no reason to believe this couldn’t be accurate.

Sam Vidlak, who somehow became a Payton candidate when he left the auspices of Hauck, tweeted it best. Someone is going to get a good player.
Do we think Vidlak has even close to similar numbers if he’s playing against Big Sky defenses all year? I don’t personally.
