Ya, two qbs and two DCs means you don't have one of anything. Hauck needs to be a leader and make the big boy decisions, that is one of the things he is paid for.

And even with those numbers, he instills zero confidence. You make is sound like Fife is a quality FCS QB, and he's not.

Solid season but not great by any stretch of the imagination. Coaching and lack of FCS top level recruits gonna line up a lot of 6 to 8 win seasons. That is the reality of the Program at the moment. Be making the playoffs on most occasions, maybe winning one game and that is it.

It drives me nuts that Hauck is a good coach and yet his stubbornness is often his downfall. There's nothing wrong with being stubborn (most good coaches are) but you still have to make good decisions in spite of it. There's a way to channel that part of your personality.
