The little shove occurs early before the ball is thrown. 25 is on his back and the ref hasn’t thrown flag. 45 is then 3 yards upfield from receiver, looking across field to Tenn. sidelines and looking toward the line of scrimmage. There is no way the ref is flagging 45. She is slowing deciding to flag the contact when the receiver runs over 25. The ref is standing 3 years out of bounds on goal line and had been looking towards the post all along. There are no other players within 12 yards of the play. The ref that got or almost got in 45’s way is upfield on the hash, and looking at the play. That's exactly what I saw as well. I posted that earlier, but it got lost in the replies.
and not reaching for his flag. As 2 players are down, he turns to look towards the line of scrimmage before the woman ref has thrown her flag. He was closest to the play and contact and did not throw his flag. He had better position than the woman ref.
There was no replay. A replay starts, but the screen cuts to the next play.
I could not see any push by 45 pushing the receiver into 25. There could be minor contact but the ball probably past the receiver then.
Some of the guys trying to post on the video are either wrong or making up stuff. In any event, there is no way the flag was thrown on 45.
