FCS Title Game moving to Nashville?

As someone who helped develop Frisco. This is exactly how we did it 😂

Don’t forget the Fortune 500 HQs.

Frisco is a great community to raise a family if that is your priority. There are some good restaurants and fun places. But ultimately it is not a party vibe. It’s a great place to safely raise kids, with tons of commerce and places to eat. That’s what it was always designed to be.
Crappy place to raise kids if you ask me. Nothing but arterial roads, gated communities and drive through everything. You can't walk anywhere and kids can't get around on their bikes. Very few rivers or public land to recreate on. A life of kids being driven from organized function to organized functions in SUVs. Definitely not like growing up in rural Montana.

Not really sure if you’re asking a question or not. But I disagree that all suburbs are the same.

Frisco is actually quite the economic powerhouse. With multiple Fortune 500 HQs relocating to the city. Not to mention the Dallas Cowboys and PGA. Universal Studios is also constructing a children’s based theme park. Along with having a world class children’s hospital. So yeah I’d say Frisco is extremely child centric
Oh, for sure. I probably wasn't clear enough that I would raise a family there. I just wouldn't want to take them on vacation there. So pretty much in line what you've posted in your last two.

Totally. Frisco felt like a place where developers bought a ton of cheap land and decided to make a bunch of bedroom communities with standalone chain restaurants in hotel parking lots. Office Space style. Central Nashville is way different. Hope it happens.
You literally just described Frisco perfectly. That is almost EXACTLY what happened.

I call it "The Truman Show".

Well that’s true. But that’s also all of Texas. The education system is really good in Frisco. At least until the state starts forcing kids to learn that Jesus had Pet Dinosaurs in school.

Are you from here? Because it's a phenomenal place to raise kids, IMHO. The kids here are polite, respectful, say "yes ma'am" and "yes sir", they shake your hand when they enter a room, there's tons of lakes and rivers (at least in the San Antonio area), hiking paths, state parks, etc., etc. Lots of urban wildlife...deer (white tail, black tail, axis), foxes, coyotes, mountain lions (yes, IN town), hawks, owls, etc. Yeah, the communities are mostly gated (a PITA), but there are tons of walking areas (The Pearl, the Riverwalk, La Cantera, etc., etc). Maybe you're describing Dallas?

There’s no mountains and it is hot and humid most of the year. The only time it isn’t hot it can still get surprisingly cold with the humidity.

The body gets used to the humidity. And yes, mountains are what I miss the most. I drive 9 hours to northern New Mexico just to get my Montana fix...

As a Nashville resident, I approve of this possibility! Lived here 11 years and still haven’t entered that stadium. Vandy is the third most popular SEC team in its own city lol

I went to Frisco and my impression wasn't good as far as communities. You couldn't possibly ride your bike or walk from any house. The only public land was the courthouse. Not a place I'd want to raise my kids.

yeah. that's Frisco. LOTS of other places (NOT NAMED DALLAS) that are awesome for raising kids and outdoor adventures.

Dallas and its suburbs, OTOH, are concrete jungles...no bueno.
