The Bubble is down!

I hope I am wrong , but I think the chances of us suing the manufacturer of our ill-fated, often-deflated bubble since it has fallen fall short of performance expectations thus far are increasing : ( !!!

With the unhealthy forest-fire 🔥 air and sizzling temps., our kids probably should be in the bubble when camp opens next week for at least some practices if it hadn't gone flat yet again : ( !!!
Don’t be surprised if football has some practices canceled due to air quality.

FALLING SHORT OF PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS IS GRIZZLY FOOTBALL.

Soccer canceled practice today, with no indoor practice facility might be canceled for rest of week depending on air quality.
The manufacturer--there is a formula or two 🤔 to figure it out.--should have to compensate us--UM--for every football, track, softball and/or soccer missed practice. Hopefully, there is language in the warranty concerning this, but if not, I hope that we sue them : ( !!! Our bubble has been open less than 2 years--Oct., 2024--and the number of deflations it has suffered in less than 2 years is ridiculous : ( !!!

I doubt the AD Dept is going to sue, Did they sue to get BK buyout paid?? Let’s see the manufacturer-engineering report, this should have been stamped by a PE and would think they cover themselves by listing a bunch of caveats on the operational use and weather conditions

It’s not the Montana weather, it is the bubble being defective. We have a similar one up here in Anchorage and it is subjected to far worse winds and weather than the Griz bubble.

It has only had one problem in 20 years, and that was due to operator error in adjustment of interior temperature which led to ice buildup causing it to collapse.
