I’m not asking you to prove you played varsity baseball or own a box. Those things have already been proven false.
All I am asking is if you can offer any real evidence that you are in fact a Griz fan.

I heard this too (again; from someone else) yesterday as the radio guy was doing a remote broadcast from a bar in Anaconda. Don’t think he talked about it on his show so it’s probably not official yet but it was discussed before the show. Apparently, Denny Washington put up some big cash for an expansion at WaGriz and the bubz group is putting up even more. The numbers I heard were like $150m vs $250m

Bull. Not even sure how you judge that, but in the two I've been at (Villanova, SDSU) the other team had 1 or more players who were head and shoulders better than anybody on our team. Szczur could not be stopped. Sidbury OWNED our RT (who was hurt) all game in the Richmond loss and Josh Vaughn ran all over us. Gronowski and the Jahnke twins...enough said. Randy Moss in '96. Adrian Peterson in '00.

I will acknowledge that Bobby "managed" us to a loss against Villanova. But we were never beating Richmond, nor were we beating SDSU. We MIGHT have beaten JMU in '04, but even Och's heroics weren't enough at the end of the day.

So, if "many" = 2 then I suppose your statement is correct. But I doubt it.

They’ll eat up a healthy chunk of that $250m just to match the current capacity at WA Griz.

It will be interesting to see what comes out... Question, as I have only been to Washington Grizzly Stadium a handful of times, where would your expansion be? Would you rebuild the side where the Skyboxes are and raise that another level? Or put a level on the existing South Side?

I’m very happy to hear that they are finally going to raze Reno H. Sales! That blighted misaligned POS has been an eyesore and an embarrassment to Gelatin Country for decades.

Even on cat-Griz week I must tip my hat to the cats on their decision to demolish that ugly rusted pig. Have they decided on a location for the new stadium?
