Prople often bet against their team if they think the other team is going to win. Am I missing something here? Who in their right mind would bet on a team they sincerely think is going to lose?

Much of the "stuff" you have "put out there" has been to say the gris will win the game against the Cats. There weren't caveats or conditions, but a clear prediction that the gris will win in the Brawl. Why are you suddenly cowering behind point spreads?
 
Because that's what cowards do. If hoops really thought the Griz had a chance he would be taking straight up bets from every willing Bobcat fan who visits this site. Never going to happen though because he's just an insufferable blowhard.

Not cowering behind anything. Just trying to maximize my income. I have 3 big international trips coming up to pay for. I had 4 good international trips recently. Travel and 5 star hotels and Dekta One are expensive. I say all year round that Griz will beat Cats. I support my team.

I rarely bet. Plus I was unable to collect on a couple of bets with Cat posters last year.

Hoops if you are tossing lots of cash around on these trips it shouldn’t be a big deal to put a couple thousand on your team.

You offered an even up bet with me. However out of principle I never bring receipts over here, so I won't looks it up. The entire conversation was about seeding when the gris win. I declined your dumb bet and you mistakenly believed it was because I didn't think the Cats were going to win the game. Wrong.

When did this supposedly occur? Your story doesn’t make sense. How was the bet dumb? A thread about seeding when Griz win is for teasing and baiting Cats. You Cats fall for it every time. Do you really not know I am playing with you? I also know that most Cats with big mouths on egriz don’t even have $100 or $250 to bet.

The thought that I don't have this kind of money to bet is dumb. Please PR. You're better than this. The real reason is that the idea of having any kind of real world interaction with you disgusts me. I've said this before and I'll say it again, the only way I would ever stop being a Bobcat fan is if one day you decided to turncoat. I would never, under any circumstance, be for team that has you as a booster.

I grew up a Cat fan. I was asked to join the Cat QB Club. My step-dad was a longtime ME prof at MSU. My mom worked for the MSU Foundation. I was recruited by the Cats.
