Why do coaches want to blow season by not listening to the fans?

Someone already posted that he thought the coaches want do things to have a successful season. And their jobs depend on successful season. I agree. I know coaches sometimes make mistakes, but do you think they could know more than we do?

I mean I think it's common knowledge not to pull your QB who has been playing the better of the 2 all year, led an opening TD and was in a groove/playing well with 0 mistakes after only 2 Drives throwing off the entire rhythm of the offense. But hey what do I know 🤷‍♂️.

Against teams like UNC and Cal Poly sure, get both some reps and experience. But in a Top 10 Nationally televised matchup? Bunch of morons.

However you're right, this coaching staff knows more then we do and the average fan. That being said that makes their stupidity last night even worse since they should know better.

Spot On!

I suppose I am in the minority but I to think the QB rotation could be effective if used properly. They could script a series for each starter, then judge who might have the better command or hot hand given the particular opponent. Then ride them that game.

No one posting here know what the coaches know. No one sees what they see in practice...

No one.

D1 football coaches coach to win games. It is quite literally their only job. They don't sacrifice wins or "risk losing."

It is fair to question the removal of Fife early as he was hot. But, not a single poster on here knows or sees what the coaches know or see day-in and day-out.

Watch the post-game press conference. Bobby said he makes the decision based on his feelings. That's a pretty good decision-making process.

Bobby is arrogant. He's on his second O coordinator, and how many QBs has he developed?
So what if he's on his second O coordinator. Assistants more on or get pushed on all the time. Vigen is on his second O coordinator too. Hauck has developed every QB he's ever had.
