No way this makes 17 pag.....nvm.
Yep. They sure did. By being the second best team in the nation.Yes gris earned the #2, no doubt.
The Championship game is played at a neutral site for a reason.
I think NDSU and MSU would’ve put up better runs against SDSU than the gris. All playoff the gris relied on special teams and eventually the luck ran out. MSU’s and NDSU’s o and d-line held their own in both games whereas the gris o-line got mowed over… how else can you explain your “Jerry Rice” running back getting 18 yards. Not to mention Bergen who went 4 for 25 yds… although he had one nice return. All I’m saying is the gris only had one tough away game and they looked AWFUL, literally 3 points. I will say the defense did fine against an incredibly talented SDSU offense but man the offense got bullied.
Like I said the brawl can cause some crazy stuff. Explain 55-21 and 49-14… gris have had some good teams in the past that have done the same as the cats did last year. Sometimes you lose momentum and struggle late in the year.
I'm beginning to think this as well, CDA. It's the only reasonable explanation for his arguments.I don't think he's being serious. I think he's one of the usual suspects who try to make Bobfans look ridiculous. Why spend his entire day here? I don't want to believe that level of stupidity exists in that fan base, but who knows?
Weird how NDSU actually won the championships though.Yep. They sure did. By being the second best team in the nation.
ndsu has only played like 3 road playoff games in their history. So my question is, did they deserve all those championship appearances, or was that because they got all home games.
Oh my god. Dude, the bubs were not even on the same PLANET as the GRIZ in terms of talent. You got beat 37-7 in a game that wasn't nearly as close as the score might indicate.
Weird coming from someone whose team also didn't win a championship in their only appearance in your lifetime.Weird how NDSU actually won the championships though.
Weak schedule? Cats play an FBS team that will be very close, besides that it’s far weaker than last year. Your friends aren’t very well versed… anyone on BN feels very confident in OL and DL as they are going to be the best parts of this team. Schmidt, Eiden, Grebe, Danny U, Polidore, McCade, could be some of the defensive talent we have had in a couple of years. Offensively we are SO experienced and it will show. Tommy won’t be running qb draws all season like he did under Housewright and therefore will be less injury prone.Like it or not, I have a lot of Cat friends. There is hand wringing and concern right now. I haven’t heard the pre-season champs moniker this summer. All are convinced that Tommy M will not stay healthy. Also major concerns about the O line and D line. Are they in full panic mode. No. The Cats schedule is soft and so is the Griz schedule. Probably won’t know anything until the Brawl. Then the weaknesses will be exposed. No, I am not talking about the litter box. I mean the teams themselves.
Weird how your team hasn’t either.Weird coming from someone whose team also didn't win a championship in their only appearance in your lifetime.
How is it weird? We played one of the best FCS teams ever.Weird how your team hasn’t either.
So did the Cats, and the game went down to the wire, lost on a last play that some people said should have been ruled a catch. Early in the season before some key injuries, the Cats proved they were right there on par with one of the best FCS teams in history. How is it weird? We played one of the best FCS teams ever.
I'm just saying if you're gonna throw shit, make sure you aren't covered in it, too.
They've won two in my lifetime. Lost track of how many they've appeared in. Is it 8 or 9?Weird how your team hasn’t either.
Damn. Too bad they proved they just weren't.So did the Cats, and the game went down to the wire, lost on a last play that some people said should have been ruled a catch. Early in the season before some key injuries, the Cats proved they were right there on par with one of the best FCS teams in history.
How many times have the buffaloes ended the bub’s season? Seems like it was every year there for a while, five or six times, with most being huge blowouts, and at least two losses at Reno’s For Sale Stadia.Weird how your team hasn’t either.
"some people said"...So did the Cats, and the game went down to the wire, lost on a last play that some people said should have been ruled a catch. Early in the season before some key injuries, the Cats proved they were right there on par with one of the best FCS teams in history.
You said my team hasn’t won a natty in my lifetime, gris havent either. So what’s your point. The original idea was NDSU would get “carried” to the natty by home field advantage but they have WON all but one (2022) in the NationalHow is it weird? We played one of the best FCS teams ever.

And then you lost 3 more games. So did the Cats, and the game went down to the wire, lost on a last play that some people said should have been ruled a catch. Early in the season before some key injuries, the Cats proved they were right there on par with one of the best FCS teams in history.
Hahahahah. That was the worst NDSU team in what 10 years? Congrats? Cats ran out of steam at the end of season, whether it was injuries or scheme, the cats got significantly worse as the season went on. We hired Vigen from Wyoming but yes NDSU style is what everyone wants to achieve. Can you explain how the gris are ranked 3 in preseason with all of those FBS studs incoming while NDSU lost their best receiver (who got hurt when you played then) and their HC and they are still ranked above you. The unbiased people know that NDSU is better than UM, the gris just had the better day.How many times have the buffaloes ended the bub’s season? Seems like it was every year there for a while, five or six times, with most being huge blowouts, and at least two losses at Reno’s For Sale Stadia.
The Griz proved they can beat the buffaloes in the playoffs. The bubs never will.
It must be traumatic every year when the bracket comes out to know you don’t have a chance of getting passed them. Hell, you guys even hired an ex-coach from there with no connection to MT whatsoever just to beat them and still can’t
I don't care how good the cats were in that game. You showed over the rest of the season that you were, in fact, not that good. It's never a possibility with you guys that SDSU just sucked that day (they did, by the way). Maybe we should have considered that their "NAU game" from last year. You said my team hasn’t won a natty in my lifetime, gris havent either. So what’s your point. The original idea was NDSU would get “carried” to the natty by home field advantage but they have WON all but one (2022) in the National
championship. My point is the gris used their home field advantage to get to the natty and it showed in the chipper. You can’t try to say NDSU did the same when they actually WON when they were at the neutral site. Very awful reasoning by you.
Yes SDSU was probably one of the best FCS teams maybe ever. But funny how the cats were up 10-0 at half and lost by literally inches. If you are going to praise SDSU you have to accept that the week one cats were very good. Obviously went on a downward trend with scheme issues and some injuries.
Ohhhh, so winning suddenly matters?Weird how NDSU actually won the championships though.
Cool. Anything else?Hahahahah. That was the worst NDSU team in what 10 years? Congrats?
