I am wondering if Grossman could come back next year--provided that he wants to--since he not only missed all of last year but also most of this year ?

Unfortunately, unless they recruit mostly O and D line, and actually find several that can hold blocks and gap assignments, I don’t see next year being close to this year’s win/loss record. They’d have to hit on several lineman transfers.
