What’s the best breakfast spot in Montana and why?

depends on what you are looking for and if you require to pay via venmo....some say Dennys hits the spot...

I’m looking for breakfast. Is Denny’s a local spot?

like I said depends on what you are looking for....cold pizza, corn flakes, grits, hard boiled eggs...most motels have some pretty good stuff..Denny's is my neighbor and he usually orders a large pizza every night so usually has some left overs and he leaves the back door open...

I tell you what PR, how about we leave this to the experts on this subject. I’ll ask 10 of my black friends what they think of the situation and you ask 10 of yours. I’ll be as non biased as possible explaining the situation. All I’ll explain is a 15 year old white kid bought a hand gun from a friend and then I’ll show them a pic of his post and ask them of their opinion of the word and if they feel it’s acceptable or not for use by white people. You do the same and we’ll convene later today and compare stories. That is if your brave enough to show your black friends your defending the use of that word by white people.

How about you explain why the M-W dictionary doesn’t support your narrative?

How about we stick to the Crews facts? Let us know if you get them.

PR , I owe you an apology. I had an eye opening experience today in church that allowed me to look at myself and see how I was acting. Please forgive all of my attacks towards you. We should allow each other to have our own beliefs and I was trying to hammer mine into you. I’m sorry.

Got it. I’m looking for the best overall. Like the cold pizza rating could be 14, but the overall could still be 93 because the rest of their stuff is awesome. Is there a place like that?

No apologies needed. We are good. We were good all along. It’s just sparring on the board between known commodities. I know your overall body of work, which is good. Thx. Now let’s get back to the breakfast discussion. I like Catalyst and Breakfast Club in Missoula and Betty’s in Polson.

Ma's Loma Cafe. Bar none whatsoever. Stop there when I go to my mother's grave and agree the Trough is decent but prefer the Pressbox when in Missoula.

catalyst is pretty good. is there a pho place in missoula these days? if so, a bowl of pho with a lot good chili sauce is hard to top for breakfast. not common in the u.s., but hey.

Do you cook the meat or serve it raw? Lots of McIhenney (sic) Tobasco Sauce and it's not bad. Or at least plenty of salt and pepper.

The broth is super hot in the bowl. The meat goes in raw and is cooked by the broth. At least that’s how they do it in Westminster/Garden Grove. I’m told it’s a breakfast dish in Vietnam because the broth is much lighter, but I’ve never been there. Finally, it’s sriracha or nothing.

Pho is just plain delicious 24 hours a day.

My house. Because I’m the cook. :thumb:

Two basted eggs, crispy bacon (four slices at least), extra crispy hash browns, two unbuttered pieces of white toast, glass of tomatoe juice and a cup of coffee please...

I’m a nostalgic person and cooked at the N Reserve 4B’s for about 10 years. BBIT’s, chicken fried steaks, and the matador b-fast burritos were all my favs. I hear there’s a restaurant at the Y that serves the old 4B’s menu. Next time I’m in town, I’m definitely going there to compare.

I used to really like the breakfast at the Earth Science Museum in Loma. There was, however, some debate about how the old the eggs were.
