Would it be a win-win if Bob Stitt got hired away?

With all the coaching changes taking place this year, and given the fact we aren't a blueblood of the FBS, it is possible that Stitt could be hired away. While he's no Scott Frost, he has no buyout after this season and hasn't had a losing season. Maybe a G5 school that lost their coach takes a look. Would that be a win-win? It's not a firing (which probably matters in terms of perception), but still gets the same effect.
