Worst loss in the last 30 years of Griz football?

I was wondering that too.

Here are the other losses by 4+ touchdowns the Griz have suffered over the years, excluding FBS money games, as listed in Wikipedia.

2022 vs Cats 21-55
2019 vs SacSt 22-49
2015 vs NDSU (playoffs) 6-37

I had to go back into the 80's to find more major blowouts.

Hoping you realize he posted that last November...

I was wondering why we had to rehash this B.S….

Looking at time stamps, how many deep do you think the Bub DC was when you made the post before the troll’s bump above? I’m setting the O/U at 15.5.

Now come on. That is too far. I can't believe you would say this. He was able to speed and he didn't hit anything or have to call for help or anything. He was probably only at 12. Lets be fair.

It may not be the worst by the margin but the worst loss for me was against Wofford in the playoffs. That team should have won the title that year.

2022 vs MSU or 2019 vs MSU for blowouts. But for my money the worst loss has to be the 2018 Miracle in Missoula game. That game had it all - big lead for the home team, Troy Andersen bringing MSU back from a 22 point hole, shushing the crowd after a walk-in score late in the second quarter, and Bobby's hubris on the last running play for UM. There's probably some playoff losses out there too, but based solely on Egrizzers hate for all things Cats, take your pick. Oh, the 2016 game where Chris Murray goes 2/9 passing for 37 yards, but completes a pass (if you can call it that, that ball nearly tumbled end over end) for a first down to seal the deal. Everyone knew they couldn't pass the ball. That game was the beginning of the MSU team truly believing they could run on anyone.

 Damn! I had never thought to check for dates on posts, thinking this was all real time. From now on, I'll be checking for booby traps.
