I didn’t realize that two triple option teams matched up in the playoffs. Wofford takes this one

Hate to say it, but Wofford looked tissue paper soft in the small bits and pieces I watched of this game.

Some people may have had the notion that K-State was "terrible." But what I remember was that the main bitching was about their high rankings in the STATS polls (top-10 for way too long). The deserved a mid-teens ranking ... which is where they ended up.Griz02 said:

Not just an opinion: Furman, #2 in the SoCon, got obliterated by Austin Peay, a team that hasn't been in the playoffs for over 40 years and didn't make the top-25 until a few weeks ago.
Can they compete with Weber? You bet they can, but Weber has the defense to shut down their option so I do not see an upset.

K-state seems to get tough in their limited playoff games. I k now they played a weak schedule but sometimes these option teams catch a little run of luck and are hard to beat. In no way do I think they are a contender but Weber best be ready and if K-state pulls the upset I hope the Griz can take care of their own business next week. I'm nervous because at times we look bad, but on the other side of the coin we can get hot. Heres to Weber getting beat and a Griz win so we have another home game.
