WIU at Griz—Game Thread

I thought this game would be a great test for our secondary... it was and they passed with flying colors.. #10 had 142yds last week thier team had 100 this week.

The Good - The fanbase is passionate and gives us an incredible advantage when it comes to recruiting. There isn't an FCS school that tops the Griz Nation stadium ambience. Better than most apathetic PAC12 fanbases as well.

The Bad - Stadium vendors. Half were closed which created ridiculously long lines. We are sitting on a campus with 10k students, entry level workers, and we can't open up all the concessions? These students are going to regret relying 100% on students loans during their college years.

The Ugly - Traffic flow with security. Once you got to security it was pretty quick. But the West side entrance had 10 lanes up the walkway, that were squeezed down to 5, in order to turn the corner to get screened. This really hampered the flow and made 50% of the crowd miss the beginning. I walked up with 20 minutes until Kickoff and missed it.

That and the f***** Dippin Dots truck parked inside the north side concourse. Clogged up the concourse big time. No more food trucks in the already crowded concourse.

Hopefully these issues will work their way out next home fame.

That would irritate me as well. Send your letter to the U. If they get 1000 complaints, they might fix it within the next 2 weeks.
