Hasn't PlayerRep threatened to sue multiple posters on this board, myself included?

Yeah, he has a firm grasp on civil liability. :lol:

I think Paoli should bring a claim against the university to get a settlement to cover the Johnson's legal expenses. The claim would be for the wrongful and illegal university proceeding (i.e. how it was handled, including the changed standard), which the retired judge (above) believed was unconstitutional and caused damage.

Johnson already has sued the university, and he is going to be the qb. If he has to sue the university again to be on the team, I assume he will do so.

If he chooses to stay, I will be wearing a #10 jersey at the opener, I would love it if we had a "10-out" in Washington Grizzly Stadium!
