He needs 21 to get there. That sounds absurd for a game, but he's doing absurd things this year. I think he does it, unless the Griz get a big lead and the starters sit.
 
I am going to go out on a limb here and say that if he gets 21 tackles this weekend that he will indeed reach 100 on the season.
 
I suspect another dominant performance, but I doubt he gets there. Poly ran over 90 plays and over 70 runs, which provided him a lot of opportunity to rack up stops. PSU won't likely (hopefully won't) have that play count and will likely be playing from behind most of the game.
 
I’m hopeful things go well enough that he gets a few more plays off. If they can find some additional reps for the backups it’ll help keep him healthy for the stretch run. He’s already the best defender in the FCS by a lot.
 
Remember when it was "14 tackles? Who gets 14 tackles a game? Was his mother keeping the stats?"

Now we expect >20. Maybe, he has the talent, but I say it takes two games.

If teams keep getting as many offensive plays against this defense, he will have an incredible total.

Yep. Thought that exact thing at halftime. Teams running 100 plays on us make for a LOT of tackles.
