Choate has 10× the personality of Stitt when comes to recruiting. UM will suffer far more from bad seasons than MSU.

Not just recruiting. Watch the sidelines. Players interact with these two coaches very differently.

A player that doesn't like and/or respect their coach will not reach potential. Ask Bobby's players.....the respected him and would run through walls for him, Stitt doesn't have that from a large portion of the team.

I've been on the Griz sidelines for multiple games. I've seen more positive player interaction between Stitt and the players, than negative. I've seen many, many players come off the field after a big play, running straight to Stitt for a chest bump and a hug. I've eavesdropped on convos on the sidelines between players and Stitt as best I can. It's all been BEYOND positive. Not to mention, Stitt is not the ass-chewer of the coaching staff. He is extremely positive with the kids and picks them up when things go wrong. I've seen it MANY times. Semore is much the same. The negative interactions I've seen on the sidelines are with a couple of assistants I won't name, but that's also just coaching. Kids are going to get yelled at. From what I've witnessed, player/coach interactions at right is extremely positive.

Haha..Yeah, I don't have any trouble remembering back to the Idaho State game that I was there for. And it won't be hard to revisit when the season ends considering the season ends this Saturday around 4-5 p.m. M.S.T.
