Will a new conference dominate the FCS in 2018?

So from ‘14-‘17, the MVC is 70-14 against non con foes and and Montana is 4-1 against the MVC. Just thought that was interesting.

It’s an interesting discussion, but @ conference level, the MVFC is still king & will be next season. The reality is that COA rules help get them a steady stream of prospects/talent & that’s a huge advantage vs. other conferences & schools.

I would agree on Idaho returning & the recruiting efforts of various schools are helping improve the level of play. Having Hauck back, and some of the coaching additions around the conference in the last couple of years will elevate things as well. No doubt, many good things on the horizon, but I’m not sure that it’s going to approach the levels of play in the MVCF just yet.

How can that be, ndsu is 2-1 alone against them.beat Montana 22-10 in '14. Lost 38-35 and won 36-7 in the playoffs in '15. That is unless your not counting playoff games.

My bad, I missed the first NDSU game.
1-2 v NDSU
1-0 v S Dak
1-0 v UNI
1-0 v S Dak St

WTF IS SO SPECIAL THAT CHOATE IS BUILDING????????????

Why do people keep saying that???? Two losing seasons is not building something....if he starts winning than great, but until than Ash had built something special at least...Choate has yet to do that....

It’s the usual preseason hype that MSU has worked so hard to deserve.

It's so bewildering that people think MSU is going places. they have back to back losing seasons. They constantly under perform. The Missoulian article today "MSU comes into spring ball on a roll" .... what roll? That they had a decent out of state recruiting class? they got beat in state and yes they won cat griz but that hardly justifies they being on a roll. Meanwhile Montana's headline will probably be "Montana enters spring ball looking for answers and to stay out of trouble" or some dumb Missoulian BS.

Montana is the only BSC team to consistently beat MVC teams and go to the playoffs and win!!! Eastern Washington has shown some promise since 2010. The rest of the conference are cupcakes for MVC teams,Bozeman has never beat one! And no one but Montana has won a playoff game in decades!! Adding Idaho will not change this! Montana was and is the "CROWN JEWEL" of the BSC The BSC better hope Montana doesn't jump to the MVC because without Montana the BSC will fold in a second. No other team carries the conference like Montana!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Go Griz!

Bobcats on a roll my ass. They suck so bad they can only go up... But a roll? I don't think so! 9-13 and they give their coach an extension and call it a roll. To get a win over Bob Stitt is a National Championship to them. But I love that they gave a sub .500 coach a three year extension! He gets to .500 he'l quit and move out of that dump just like Kane Ione did!!!
Go Griz!

That article is hilarious. After UM clearly #OwnedTheState, it claims La Choacha is surprised he did so well recruiting as there was a “relatively lean” class of high schoolers in MT this year. What a bunch of Vim
