And frankly, I'd rather they live in my head than on my board, which they've done incessantly for months while the moderators....what do the moderators do again?

Maybe the Cat posters are still recovering from a crazy good game and party in Brookings. Yep, Cats definitely gave that one away, should have had the W. On the other hand, the Cats showed they did in fact narrow the gap with the DSUs, and thanks to phenomenal off season effort, Cats aren't getting pushed around on the lines by the best of the FCS. Sucked not having Mellott, Sumner, and the three best receivers..... but no excuses. Play calling was JV, or else we come out of there with the upset.

Long season. MSU, SDSU, and NDSU are top tier. The griz? Not so much.

The Griz would have beaten SDSU. Cats really showed off that much improved passing game, right? Maybe Chambers not as good as some thought. Cat D couldn’t perform when it counted.

lol, not in this lifetime! SDSU was the best team in the country by far last year, and they returned 9 of 11 starters on offense and 9 of 11 starters on defense. Cats took them down to the wire in their house, and lost due to some stupid miscues, coaching blunders, and injuries. That will all get corrected, Vigen teams usually peak in December and January. griz are middle of the pack in the Big Sky, no chance they are beating SDSU in Brookings. Again, you guys just aren't getting it, Cats are a few notches above the griz right now. You commented on the defense? Cats held them to 20 points, and that's with giving up a couple monster plays. Cats are for real, and the rest of the Big Sky should be very concerned..... and I'm sure they are. Cat OL and DL are legit.

Anyone feel concerned?

Anyone? Concerned?

Anyone at all?

Huh. Doesn't seem to be a lot of concern round these parts, pg.

Well, unless we're on the road at the same time as a bub assistant. Then we're stressed as hell, with heads on a swivel.

By far the most asinine quote out of your drivel. Based on his extensive 2 year head coaching history, peak Sixx is 5-2 overall in December and January (0-1 in January) with a 28 and 21 point loss to finish out the 2021 and 2022 seasons respectively. I would hope for a higher peak if I was a kitten fan. Maybe they just peak before the biggest game of the year each year and shit the bed after that?

Not in this lifetime will the Cats ever be as good as you think they are. You don’t understand football. You are a troll. Yes, if UM hadn’t given up monster plays against NDSU last year and not had injuries, UM would win too. It will give me great enjoyment to see the Cats start losing more fames.

Cat OL and DL are legit.

I'm good with 9 illegal procedure penalties, in front of a quiet crowd.

What are you talking about? Can you please be more specific. I’ve asked several time but you seem to bury your head in the sand.
What coaching blunders caused the loss?

He said that to coverup all of overstated blunders he made about saying great and inflated stuff about the cat team. He hopes you wouldn’t notice.

One of the Utah Tech announcers said he thought the UM lines were better than the MSU lines ....

All your moral victory means is that the Scats won’t beat them in this lifetime EITHER. Close only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades. At least that’s what ‘Scat fans said about our losses last year to Suck State and BBQ-U.

Right on, whatever works for griz nation! Keep slamming the Cats for losing to SDSU, and hell... Cats might even lose another conference game before the brawl. Meanwhile, griz will keep kicking ass on crappy teams for the next three games, and then everyone will get to see what the griz are made of towards the end of the season and into the playoffs. It's going to be fun to watch.

Remember when the bubs were ranked like #1 in the nation, came to Missoula, got absolutely boatraced, and then coach Ron ash cried on national tv during the selection show the next day? Yeah, me too. That was fun to watch, and a repeat will be even MORE fun.

I wonder two things though: After nine bub false starts in quiet Brookings, do you think they set an all-time ncaa record in WaGRIZ?? And second, will the bub assistants be able to watch the beat down from jail?

I would think the Gallatin County lockup would have the game on. I picture it like one of those old-timey movie scenes where there are one or two cells and the guard is asleep with his feet on his desk. Maybe fashion a bed spring into a hook to grab the keys to bust out and get a better viewing angle? The methheads could run interference if you paid them five bucks or so. The possibilities are endless.

Hmmm. I was thinking that year when the Cats were ranked #1 the griz came to Bozeman and whipped em, but whatever. At any rate, all we really know is the griz and Cats will both crush the opponents this weekend and fans on both sides will say, "See, look... we are damn good!" We'll know a lot more in November. At this point, I don't thing the griz will have enough horses to complete, but we'll see.

Where do the Griz lack horses? Cat o-line is overrated. Little passing game by Cats. D is lacking. Looks like Cats don’t have the horses.

griz lack horses at most positions, when compared to the Cats. You'll figure it out. It's looking like griz have lost a few players for the season....... so I guess we'll see just how good and deep the griz roster is in about five or six weeks here. Good luck!
