"Why don't we get freshman like those guys?"

Not nearly as worried about O-line as I am about safety.

Epperly and Sandry with Crow and Banks backing them up. Need to see how they progress but I’m not too worried.

That’s not enough depth. This season has proven that.

I agree. I think they are 1 short, maybe 2. Drop down safety always works out though...

Did Crow not move to cornerback?
Yes, because we’re also razor thin at THAT critical position...

oh really..Cats are saying the same thing!
Let me know when we finish 4-7 two years in a row.
great point!..but all the Cats want is the Griz again this year..I hope Stitt and company are going to be ready!
Well, when Stitt refers to the game as the "Super Bowl" ... that's a good start.

sorry just remember last year..my seats were right behind the team...something was wrong the team shut down and it seem like Ty got a hold of the playbook.. I want to put that nightmare away!

Epperely is leaps and bounds better than he was in September. When he was signed tons of people who know Montana HS football thought he was a stud and I agree. Nash is a player, too bad Coach signs too many WR's....or not. We don't have any lock down NFL quality corners but then neither do the Bears or the Saints.

I can assure you not a single player or coach has forgotten that game or the taste it left in their mouths. Anything can happen in the brawl but I think the kittens are in for a world of hurt.

It's going to hurt.....the hangover the next morning...from all the celebrating from the win. I can't drink like I used to.....

I was actually saying the other day that GJ will be the first 3 plus year starter you guys will have had that I can remember.

Cole Bergquist (sp?) started 3 of his seasons.

The youth, depth and talent just at the WR position alone is so great it’s almost embarrassing.
How nice is it to have tall talented receivers? We saw this yesterday. Future is bright!

Who even knows if Jensen will start the rest of his career since we’ll have Robinson coming in. Good problem to have.

I think we’re better off with Jensen as opposed to the days of bergquist. Without Mariani he wouldn’t have put up anything close to Jensen’s numbers.

Some teams don’t have a choice. They don’t have the depth to avoid it & have to go with their best option to be competitive. I wouldn’t fault any coach that felt going that direction was in the best interest of their team.

Stitt pulled in Calhoun because he didn’t have a better under-class player option. Sometimes, the kids are that good - Ohio State started a true freshman & RB this season & it can’t be that they didn’t have enough 3/4/5 Star RB’s on the roster, he was just the better player. & if all the positions, RB’s tend to be ready sooner because they typically have skills that make them more viable coming in.

Quite a difference in offensive focus. Jensen is minus a Lex Hilliard or Chase Reynolds running the ball. Both QB’s fit in well with the systems they were in & would probably done well in the other’s system were the roles reversed.

Yes, and the youth, depth of penetration and talent that I had slated for the missionary position is something I’m finding quite embarrassing, today.

food for thought.....at he spring game the word going around was that of all the line backers who do not start for us now, le texier was having the best camp before his injury which includes jace,,,,le texier is like 6'3" 230 pds and aggressive .....things look good for the future there imo.

At WR and LB and the Griz have an absolute embarassment of riches right now.

LB is stacked, for sure. Buss is back next year, Le Texier, Olson, Lewis, Fa’atuise, Key, Cochran, and a couple other guys. That doesn’t count the RS guys.
