Why didn't Bobby take Sneed out..

.after all the INT's in the Weber playoff game? Humphreys was definitely capable of taking over for a rattled Sneed. Did Bobby ever say anything about it?
Pretty much the same reason Glenn didn't take Edwards out of the '02 MSU game in the midst of an unbelievably poor performance with Brandon Neill on the bench.

Don't leave us hanging, say it. Not this 'pretty much the same reason' stuff. Oredigger points at it. Say it. I assumed it was due to his not really giving a damn, as he had the Wyoming job in his pocket, and he was known to think 'The Streak' put too much pressure on the players. Any way you look at it, Glenn screwed Griz football that year. Whether for the price of new turf, getting the pressure off the players, or payback for Donovan getting fired after the 1985 season, and his getting canned along with him.
He lost 3 of his last 4 at Montana; had to be the lame duck affect.

I thought Sneed should’ve come out vs. MSU once it got to 41-14 early in the fourth quarter. So should’ve knight. Both were playing on bad ankles.

Imo, most underutilized talent was Jeremy calhouns' last year at Montana.

He played in a pass-happy system, but IIRC he had quite a few rushing touchdowns that year.

Our inability to mount a running game was every bit as important to that loss as the 5 interceptions were!

Let's not sugar coat it. Weber figured us out in the final quarter of the first game, learned from it and adjusted there, and then schemed well for the playoff game. It looks like we learned from the first game primarily on the defensive side of the ball. They stymied us on the ground and in the air. Where does the buck stop on that?

This says other wise, he had a very productive career until his last year.

He wasn't underutilized since he wasn't even on the roster last year. What a compromise to have Marcus Knight at RB. Calhoun, who had availability problems due to health, suspension or election to sit out to redshirt during a season-ending drive is a distant memory.

But good try at another of your anti-Hauck posts. Didn't hit the mark.

Take another look, I said calhouns' last year at Montana. As in his last year playing for Montana. Nice try...

Personally, I think since there isn’t a lot to talk about except a virus, THIS needs to be at the forefront!
