I am not sure you "look" for leaders and recognize those that are.

Dan Moore personified the Griz we have all known since the '90s, and the helmet throwdown/facemask smashing said more than all the posts on this site put together. This year is to total loss, a bastard child with many fathers. Whether they bounce back like in '11 or continue this nose dive remains to be seen. A lot has to change.
