Maybe you're thinking of the Griz-Cat Satellite Parties map.

There are a couple of lists of viewing locations.

This is the best one and done by an eGrizzer:

The Griz-Cat Satellite Parties list dosen't seem to be active yet

The UM Alumni Association also has a list of places where games are shown weekly. I'm not seeing that on their website either.
