"Pro-active" is not the way that I would describe it. "Delayed reaction after complaints" is more accurate if the article is correct. Which, you seem to agree that it is given your citation to it in defense of the administration.
Lastly, taking a protective order away from a student so MSU can settle a lawsuit is inexcusable no matter the timeframe. No wonder she didn't feel safe there. Great work, Waded & Co. Really knocking it out of the park lately. :roll:
Like I wrote on the protective order case, we have no facts as to that whole situation. We don't know anything about the context of the settlement and how it relates to the individual and lifting the protective order. It might have been perfectly the right thing to do. Your assumptions may be off base. I take it you know the definition of assume lol.
We know the feds have started an investigation over all this. They obviously don't agree with what MSU has done. I can't imagine the feds care what you think or post. So, despite what you say, we know the feds believe an investigation is merited. I suspect the feds already know a lot more than what you do.
