Where are the Mods?

Yeah, I read it, too. I'm not sure what you stated differently in your copy/paste that I didn't state in my first sentence that you quoted.

"Pro-active" is not the way that I would describe it. "Delayed reaction after complaints" is more accurate if the article is correct. Which, you seem to agree that it is given your citation to it in defense of the administration.

Lastly, taking a protective order away from a student so MSU can settle a lawsuit is inexcusable no matter the timeframe. No wonder she didn't feel safe there. Great work, Waded & Co. Really knocking it out of the park lately.

Like I wrote on the protective order case, we have no facts as to that whole situation. We don't know anything about the context of the settlement and how it relates to the individual and lifting the protective order. It might have been perfectly the right thing to do. Your assumptions may be off base. I take it you know the definition of assume lol.

We know the feds have started an investigation over all this. They obviously don't agree with what MSU has done. I can't imagine the feds care what you think or post. So, despite what you say, we know the feds believe an investigation is merited. I suspect the feds already know a lot more than what you do.

Yes, the DOE would not be there if they didn’t think there were issues. I agree that they will find the actual facts. I don’ t claim to know anything but what I read in the article.

Why would they be there if there wasn’t issues? Like I said it is obvious. You have students telling stories and you have MSU giving their side. Thus, the DOE will investigate and find the actual facts. Not hard to understand.

As a poster said some years ago, hard to imagine they’d be there if there weren’t significant problems.

Perfect? You can’t be serious? This might be the stupidest thing you’ve ever said which is difficult to fathom. I always knew you had zero reading comprehension, but I assumed you actually knew how to read. Not now.

MSdUi unilaterally terminated the protection order without giving notice to the victim, as a condition of a politically charged lawsuit with the aggressor.

And then tried to lie about it.

What the actual fuck?

The mods should do something about all these damn annoying pop up ads! This place is getting to be about unreadable. It’s not fun visiting the site anymore just to navigate through ads everywhere including in the middle of folks’ posts. That’s over the line. WTH.

1. Mods have NOTHING to do with ads.

2. I don't see any of you geniuses offering to do the dirty work. Apparently y'all just want to bitch. And to quote Dr. Sheldon Cooper PHD's mailman, "Bitches be crazy. "

Can the mods at least communicate this sentiment to whoever IS responsible for the increased ad traffic to let them know it's severely diminishing the site?

It's being communicated to Chris. Hopefully it gets resolved soon.

Guys, we've had a bye week, so no Griz football to bitch about, or brag about, or wherever you fit in the spectrum of fandom. The MSU debacle fit the bill for something to yak about. This kinda reminds me of cabin fever, with similar symptoms. In about 50 hrs you'll have the pregame radio show, then
F*O*O*T*B*A*L*L!!! Hold it together for just a couple days, the sun will come up tomorrow, tomorrow...

My Mac actually has fewer ads today than a week ago, but at work it's not much fun with the increased ad volume.

A month or so back, there was great fanfare about giving these goddamned scat trolls the heave-ho. Yet, they are back, and at it again. Flush the bowl! Not for a week or two, PERMANENTLY! DO YOUR JOB!

CDA and Hoops post more about the Cats than anyone on this board. They both should be booted.

You can’t boot the village idiots. Where would they go?

Growler?
No two people on this board will agree on everything. I'm the only one who has been consistently correct all the time. In short, I agree with my opinion. :thumb:
