When will Special Teams improve?

Offseason project...send the ST coach down for SDSU’s spring ball and intern with Hauck for a week.

Well I must apologize for my other post in this thread. I completely spaced out Stitt has only been here for 2-1/2 years . So according to all the experts he has another 1-1/2 years to get it straightened out and learn on the job . Also since Semore has only been DC 1-1/2 years he has 2-1/2 years to learn his craft. So I guess all of us should just sit back not piss and moan until 2019-20. That way our HC and DC won't have any undue pressure put on them .
I wonder if they built a safe space room in the new champions center for our HC . You know the kind with rainbows and unicorns painted on the walls ,maybe some stuffed animals and puppies .
Sorry I went of track there. So my fellow egrizzers let's just sit back and enjoy mediocrity for the next two years and not working about the small things like special teams, schemes , swagger, DOLA, half time adjustments, in game adjustments, he'll any adjustments. Stitt and Co. has got this (in 2-1/2 yrs )no worries

Let's assume the Griz coaches don't know shit - you seem to be implying that. According to your sarcastic post, they will have another 1 1/2 years minimum to "learn on the job". #1. Are you saying they are just dense and can't learn/improve? #2. If they did improve in that time period, won a BSC and went deep into the playoffs - would you be happy? No - you don't have to go on a rant and say D1 coaches should not have to learn on the job and no you don't have to say they should have already won the BSC, not lost to the Cats and been deep into the playoffs. Nor do you need to point out that the program has fallen, mediocrity is tolerated and Hauck should be brought back. I think everyone on the board knows you and many others on the board fully believe that.

Most people are not afforded the luxury to screw up on the job and blame others for there failings
Just sayin!

I posted two questions. Waiting?

Today....much improved
Biggest improvement was Semenza kicking off. Have to ask, why not before.

3 PAT points on 6 TDs is, however, a regression. One poor execution and two poor decisions. Could have cost the game. Purdy 0-1 on FGs.

I'm not the one who come up with the 4 year bullshit , I'm just poking fun at it.
Didn't say dense ,maybe a little stubborn, how many times does a guy hit his thumb with a hammer before he learns how to swing it .
2-1/2 years and he can't figure out how important special teams are !!!!
I will be happy if they go deep in the playoffs . I'm not happy with participation awards ,you know maybe we could try some adjustments next time.
You see what happens when they do ? 2nd half they got it going on . It may have been a little but a little helped them get over the hump today.
Yes it was ugly at times but it was a win and I'm sure all of us here will take it
Oh and yes I have every right to go on a rant .

Just a FYI

Returns were much better. A blocked punt. Only 1 missed PAT, and then they started going for 2. Major improvement across the board.
