I played baseball for Concordia. I know the weather. But what does living in the weather have to do with playing in the weather? The only time I saw NDSU football players outside of games was at keg parties.

Shout out to the Blue House, Red House, and Ice House that were just off the campus of Concordia. Lot's of fun times. But, I've heard they were torn down. Sad.

It happens more than I thought. SDSU in '21, Deleware in '20 (if you count that year), Youngstown in '16, Sammy in '15, '14, and '12, New Hampshire in '13, etc.

Yeah I'm not sure weather is really a factor for a lot of players because they're going to get warmed up over the course of the game and they have all that crap on the sidelines to keep em warm anyways, I'm not really sure weather means a whole lot unless they've literally never seen conditions like it before.

What weather does affect is play style though, and how a coaching staff adapts to that is the real question, and that's something I have to give serious respect to NDSU for showing over the years. They are prepared for a ton of these situations.
