What would you rather have for a conference schedule.

So we both agree you're full of bs..😂😂

Ummmmm.
Shit conference?.. Tell me what team in the MWC that plays their home games in a glorified high school "stadium" haha.. Montana has three on this year's schedule alone.. EWU, UNC, and PSU..

The grizzlies got luckily to get those teams at home otherwise there would be a whopping 3,000 "fans" at those games on the road..talk about nobody giving a crap..#BSC#

Calling bs on your sarcasm remark, its really easy to do when you got nothing else..

You heard correctly Junior, shit conference. The one legit team it had in Boise State is now gone. Living rent free in your head is one of the best parts of my day.

I can think of 2 off the top of my head. San Jose State Spartans and the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors both play in glorified high school stadiums.

I will give you San Jose State that one is weird as fuck, still sits over 18,000 i doubt many high school stadiums are that big or bigger

University of Hawaii current stadium is only temporary You know that right?..they are currently working on a state of the art 22,500 seat stadium to be complete by the 2029 season.. so for now their stadium is sub par

There are many high school stadiums of that size in Texas. I think SJSU is right around the cut off of what I would consider high school stadium capacity wise.

Then what is griz stadium. A high school stadium too.
The Griz stadium is actually now the only one in FCS that I would classify as assuredly not a high school stadium now that NDSU is gone. WaGriz is the only remaining fully wrapped around stadium left in the FCS. Seeing kids play soccer behind the end zone during the game gives high school stadium vibes.

So by this argument almost 60% of FBS stadiums are high school also, not being fully wrapped around.

I didn’t say that. I said would be assuredly not high school. The ones where the end zone is closed but there isn’t seating like Montana State and Wyoming still feel more like college than high school to me.

Then what again was your argument for WAGriz being the only non high school stadium in the FCS? Cus it looks like that was your one criteria.

That was the criteria for it assuredly not being a high school stadium. The ones with closed off end zones without seats like Montana State and Wyoming still feel more like college than high school is what I said.

Hawaii is literally building a 31k Stadium, are you seriously trying to mock some of the MWC schools facilities when we have to play at Northern Colorado, Portland State and EWU?!

I was responding to a question on which MWC play in glorified high school stadiums currently which I could think of 2. Once Hawaii moves into their new stadium they will not be anymore but they are for the current season. The question wasn’t in comparison to directional UNC and EWU plus PSU who actually plays in a high school stadium. Hillsboro Stadium was built for high school.

I'm guessing this is sarcasm too on your behalf because if not, you are a total f×cking idiot..

No sarcasm or joking here.👍

You seem to be confusing the MWC with some of the other lower level FBS conferences. MWC has some good teams and smaller state flagships similar to UM.

I am in a weird situation because I live across the river from Huntington, WV, so just about everyone here knows Montana. I have asked if they have thought about going back to the FCS and almost to a person they fans say no. They'd rather get a conference championship and go to a "meaningless" bowl game. Yet, they have their 1996 National Championship stuff everywhere, but you don't see the bowl game stuff anywhere. Well, that's not true. They have a lot of the actual bowl trophies displayed at the Hall of Fame Cafe. Idk. It seems like they would have them at the University but they don't. It's like displaying all of the Griz hardware at the Press Box or the Mo Club. Seems weird to me. It is Appalachia.

When we lived in Vegas people knew about the Griz, but Vegas is also sorta Montana south. TOrrey Pines Pub is THE place to go in Vegas on Saturdays. They show all of the Griz games, and I went to a few Griz Cat game watch parties there. That place is a blast.

In Texas it's UT-Austin, TAMU, Texas Tech, SMU or Houston. My wife's little brother was a LB for North Texas but is a rabid TAMU fan, her older brother was a TE at UT-Austin, and her step-brother was an OT for Tech. She wanted to go to TAMU but ended up going to Tarleton. Needless to say I catch a lot of crap about being an FCS fan. Also, I HATE TAMU, UT, and Tech. I sort of tolerate Tarleton.

UM is good where they are. There is no need to move up. Be the Big fish in a little pond. Go after NDSU's NC record.
Saw some games at the Torrey Pines when visiting my brother down there. Great wings and big Grizzly fans. Place was packed.
