Like I said earlier you don't even believe what you say over her. Can't make this shit up.

Perfectly wrong. I believe every word, and so do many others. I just think it’s odd you super secure Bizons want to discuss it so much on eGriz. Happy Sunday!!

Oooo so testy!

Really tough for you to handle it. You resort to name calling, swearing etc.

Played every season game his 1st and 4th years. Keep trying too hard.

Hurt ribs first year. Hurt second year. Hurt third year. Knocked the [#]f### out when it mattered in the fourth year. Always hurt. Can’t win a big game. Terrible investment. Keep posting on eGriz!!!

Terrible investment? Na bro....Wentz is great. Lead the NFL in QBR last December and took a bunch of no name players into the playoffs. Guy is setup to have another successful year.

Now if you are talking about former Griz Trumaine Johnson, who was just released and who’s contract was universally applauded as the single worst contract in professional football, then yes I will acknowledge that was a terrible investment.

I think somebody already mastered World of Warcraft, Call of Duty, and the entire network on Twitch and LITERALLY has nothing better to do.

Say anything factual that's remotely non-complimentary about the program or literally any former player, and they can't handle it. It's the Bizon way.

The best thing about this is that you think people will get offended by your comments about Trumaine. It proves so much, and gives everyone a glimpse into the Bizon fan mindset.

Yeah. They SHOULD be secure. I mean, I have seen the movie and own the first year of the series, but there MUST BE SOMETHING to do in Fargo... Right?

You Betcha. Bunch of fence posts to count. Potholes to fill in. Cows to moo at.

Who says Tru's was the "single worst"? This Jan. 2020 Bleacher article doesn't even rate it as the worst on the Jets. Plus, I love Tru's contract(s). Every time he comes to the Mo Club, he buys several rounds of shots for everyone in the bar.

Is it this same guy?

https://foxsportsradio.iheart.com/...tz-continuing-to-prove-hes-made-of-paper-mch/

It was a top Google search result. The audio is interesting. I knew about the fact that he has been injured every year since 2015 because I follow the NFC East, but I was shocked to hear that he isn't respected in the locker room. I don't think that's very fair. These numerous injuries that keep him on the sideline in every big game aren't his fault. I can kind of see the host's point of view, though. When you're always injured, it doesn't really matter why from a business standpoint.

Nope, nice try. The guy is Ian rapport, who is tied into the nfl very closely.

What it proves is the NFL pundits largely agreed on how terrible the Trumaine Johnson signing was. I think it was Ian Rapoport who called it the worst free agent signing of all time.

I’d be pressed to find anything written by any pundit who called the Wentz signing wasteful.....I mean you can have your opinion on it....but Wentz’s play was universally applauded last year. Unfortunate he had a concussion from being speared in the back of the head, but anyone would have been knocked cold from that hit.

Keep in mind, you are knocking Wentz, who after his signing, set a single season franchise record for yards thrown, who just had a season where he became the only QB in NFL history to throw for 4,000 yards without a single wide receiver having 500 yards, lead the NFL in QBR for December, had 27 TD passes (5th in NFL) against only 7 picks (second lowest in NFL for anyone with at least 250 attempts) and set a record (which is still ongoing) for the most consecutive games with at least 1 TD pass and no more than 1 pick. Honestly....not much more you could expect from the signing, and no, it is not an expectation for any football player alive to be able to withstand a direct blow to the back of the head from Clowney at full speed. If that is a requirement to not be “injury prone” than nobody deserves to be paid to play football.

After Trumaine Johnson signed, he missed 15 games over two seasons games due to injury
/shitty play, and his play sucked so bad, he was released.....:now that is a waste of money.

And at the end of the day....you were still wrong on him vs Goff haha.

Ian Rapoport called it the worst free agent signing in recent memory.

Guy sucked

Complete opposite actually.

This thread is about Dante Olson ....not Carson Wentz...

Somehow, it was derailed because I made the comment that he wouldn’t be drafted (which he wasn’t) due to his lack of speed (which has been widely acknowledged as a predraft concern).

It was Griz fans, like yourself, who couldn’t take it and had to turn the thread around onto Wentz....,which I still don’t understand.

Yep.....I said as an Eagles fan, I hoped Dante could overcome his speed issue

And zengriz started the Wentz stuff immediately after....

Back to main thread discussion. Will be interesting to see if Dante makes the team. I have major questions about his coverage ability. He was one hell of a tackler, but the Eagles defense suffered due to a lack of speed last year.

I hear that. As a lifelong Eagles fan, I have more concerns about payroll and QB durability. We’re stuck with what we have, I get that, but I really like that the FO took Hurts in the draft. I’m sure as a fellow Bird, you’ll agree that the best thing for us is for Hurts to excel so we can clear some cap room by dealing Ginger for a few first round picks. It should’ve happened after 2017-2018, but I guess it’s not too late. His stock isn’t what it was, so we should act quickly before the next unlucky thing happens.

Must mean that deep down, you have always been a Wentz guy!

No, just a better decision for the home team. Goff has worked out well for the Rams, and is the better QB for sure. I wanted the Eags to take a defensive player, but we got what we got. I was hoping Wentz would be better, but it hasn’t panned out with him for my Eagles. We’re all pretty stoked about Hurts taking the reigns. Dealing Wentz will net us some great players/picks.
