What is the biggest need for next season?

What is wrong with our coaching staff? Lots of experience guys there, you comment is confusing.

We need players that can execute the plays the coaching staff are calling.

it is not confusing..........the slump we are in EVERYTHING needs to be considered, no one is exempt
from scrutiny to form a championship caliber team. so my comment again is a good sword has 2 sharp edges not one, so to just focus on the players is only one side, there are 2 sides to evaluate.
it is an ongoing process.......happens to create ebb and flow, ups and downs, wins and losses.......
all things considered is a wise axiom to abide by.

Well there is our disconnect since I am anti axiom. Glad we got that worked out and can move on to the next argument.

Just a thought. These are skill position data. Someone else can post line data but I believe this is the biggest difference between the 1990s and 2000s.

The late game screwups would and should be obvious to a lack of strength and conditioning. Especially to those who played the game like Mike Leach or...

How many OL and DL are working out in the Champions Center today? It starts in the trenches. Our young OL absolutely has to be motivated by how the season played out, and the last play of the season. Fact is, due to their youth and inexperience, opponents dominated them. How do you remedy that? Simple, live in the weight room!!! 2019 is here today!!!

We need to start recruiting Calgary (1,000,000 souls), Edmonton (750,000), Saskatchewan (1,000,000 for the province), Winnipeg (750,000); both Oliveira and Mason Bennett, two of UND's top players are from Winnipeg. To say nothing of BC with 1.5 million in the lower mainland.
