Stitt tried to be offensive coordinator and head coach. That obviously didn't work.

No way will Haslam hire somebody to be head coach AND special teams coach! He's learned from his past mistakes. Sure, it will cost more money. But deep playoff runs beginning in year one will more than pay for a head coach, special teams coach and offensive coordinator.
