Seems to be a lot being laid on Rosenbach and Sneed. Sorry I don't see it. There was more leadership from Sneed in the second half of the game than we have seen from a Montana QB in a lot of years. Rosenbach put together a great game plan. What we didn't have was a Kellan Doss - not even close.
Our wide receivers are as big a problem as our o- line. At least two of the int's fall squarley on the receivers. They either turned wrong it had their hands in the wrong position so that no one could have caught the ball. It was simply basic fundamentals and that is coaching. Pease isn't getting the job done. The play call was right, Sneed who can be one of the greats got the ball where it needed to be, our receivers consistently put themselves in a position where Jerry Rice couldn't have caught the ball. That again is coaching and experience. Our corp is lacking both. We aren't catching the tough throws UCD did as has every opponent we have had and are rarley in a position to do so. Perhaps it will come around, perhaps it won't.
Pease needs either get the fundamentals going or we need someone who will. It is not Sneed or Rosenbach.
