There are many ways to win a football game and the Griz have seemingly found all of them this year. When they’ve needed D stops, they’ve gotten them. We generally use a bend but don’t break mindset such that the other team ‘s Offense is consistently under pressure to make plays going down the field to score. As we saw today, if they make a mistake our D can capitalize on it.
We have a plethora of weapons on Offense and Pease, when he wants to open things up, seems to able to use all of them. When they get clicking I don’t see how they can be stopped (and no, we are not going to run Gillman up the middle on first down 8 or 9 times in a row against the Scats).
We can win tight games. We can play from in front. We can come from behind (remember North Dakota?). This team is unflappable and finds a way to put up a W each and every game.
The Brawl and playoffs are coming up finally and I have a feeling that I will be going to visit Nashville in early 2026. I’ve never been there and I would love to see this group win their first National Championship since 2001 . So much better than Frisco, TX.
The team can focus on one game at a time but I'm just a fan and I can dream. Dream about this Team.
