I was reading, on the Furman board, that they were bashing UM because they backed out of the return game before they even played the front end of the home and home. (Play next year.) Anyone have any information on why this happened? Do they have an FBS team lined up for a replacement? Always like these FCS OOC matchups.
 
I could swear that I heard on a podcast that Western Carolina canceled the back half of the home and home in order to be paid for their trip to Montana. But I can't remember where I heard it.

Twelve game schedule next season. They have September open dates on the schedules for seasons 25, 26, and 27. Since it's been really easy for Kent to find non-con (not) opponents, I wonder why he wouldn't have jumped on that. WC only has one September game on the posted schedule for 2025, so who knows? (See Above) It was on the Furbabbies board. We should get right on it.
 
I'm certain we paid them handsomely. Other fcs programs get their panties in a wad only because they are not in a position to be able to afford to do stuff like this. It's good to be the King, boys.
