That doesn't sound like a bad idea.. Plus when Welker gets back from suspension they proabably don't want him returning kicks since he's been so prone to concussions..

PLEASE NO! I couldn't root for him, and that would suck.

Welker doesn't return kicks for them anyway. He's second team behind Isaiah Burse at punt returning, and not on the depth chart for kick returning. He had no kickoff returns last year. Plus they have Andre Caldwell and Cody Latimer to play the slot. Or put them outside and play Emmanuel Sanders in the slot where he played a lot with the Steelers.

Personally I'd like to see him go to the Browns, Jets, or Panthers (maybe Miami, but they have similar receivers). Not great situations, but he has a real chance to play in those places
