Not read this entire thread, but one thing I've not see discussed much - and it also happened last week, is our receivers are catching the ball before the first down marker and getting stopped. Why would we not run past the point for a first down to catch the ball? A couple passes were even thrown behind the receiver.

Is this on the qb for releasing to early? Or the receiver for not going far enough? It has cost us a number of first downs.

I genuinely surprised that some people are surprised. You do realize we aren't even ranked in the FCS polls, right? What were some of you expecting? Perfect execution and just losing a squeaker down the stretch?

Was hoping for the Griz to not be embarrassed.

I guess I don't see how they are being embarrassed, for the reasons previously stated. I was hoping for a few drives with multiple first downs, and two scores. Almost got the second one right there.

Not going to list it. I just hope the Griz escape without any injuries. Hope Cowans isn't hurt too bad.

UW would do this same thing to EVERY single FCS team and most FBS teams. Yet, we have some ridiculous people acting like should be doing much better. I've seen positives despite the score.

IDK, a pick 6 and punt return given up? Fewer than 500 yards so far? Anyone who has watched a legit top 10 FBS team play might be disappointed by this, but not embarrassed or surprised. It wasn't that much better versus Tennessee. They weren't ranked, we were, we went decently far that year if I recall.

You don't understand the difference of the level of talent. EWU got beat just as bad by texas tech. Washington would drum tech by 15-20 points. Your comments are negative and stupid as fuck. You're a moron. Go root for another team

Did you hear the list of programs competing for that Freshman? Plus, he is running behind a deep talented PAC 12 OL. Too many people here getting worked up over this game. The true test begins against EWU.
